How It All Started

Every great home begins with a vision. Below, you’ll find a timeline of the key milestones that have brought this Home Show house from concept to construction. From excavation to foundation and framing, this is where the journey begins.

July 2026

Patio stonework was installed, custom built-ins were built, marble detailing was installed, a putting green was installed, and custom kitchen features, like the vent hood and ceiling detail, were installed.

May 2026

Drywall was completed, exterior painting began, back patio fireplace was installed, exterior stone work began, interior trim work was started, cabinets were delivered, and tile installation began!

March 2026

Framing details began, metal roof + shingles were installed, rough ins for utilities were completed, and pool is ready for install.

January 2026

Excavation began, over dig and rock completed, and the foundation was laid.

Concrete and patio work were completed, the pool shed was built, windows were installed, siding was completed, and custom tile was installed throughout the house!

Drywall + Insulation began inside, Bulkheads to conceal utilities in the ceiling were completed, Siding was delivered + in ready for install!

Framing began + drop trusses were installed.
