Frequently Asked Questions

What sets Embarq apart from other builders?

Embarq Signature Homes is dedicated to creating unique, high-end custom homes that reflect your personal style and meet your specific needs. Our commitment to quality craftsmanship, innovative design, and exceptional customer service distinguishes us in the custom homebuilding industry.

Why should I build a custom home vs. buying an existing home?

Designing your home from start to finish allows you to tailor it to meet your specific needs. Instead of settling for a cookie-cutter home or a high-maintenance, older home, you’re able to craft a space that reflects your personal style and taste.

What is the first step in building a custom home?

The first step is to schedule a consultation with us. During this meeting, we’ll discuss your vision for your new custom home, plans and design aspects, the location and specifics of your lot, your timeline, our estimated timeline, and our collective goals.

How long will it take to build my home?

Every home is different depending on layout, features and finishes. Our goal is to complete homes within approximately 6 months of breaking ground, but many factors can come into play. We will discuss these at our meeting and will transparently communicate throughout the build process.

What does your warranty program look like?

Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional customer service throughout the entire building process and beyond. Enjoy a 1-year comprehensive warranty for the ultimate peace of mind.
